We have had monoprint and etching workshops, painted large backdrops for a photo shoot, devoré etched on reams of fabric for a backdrop, experimented with copper patina, dabbled with lights for our 08.08.08 card, prototyped light boxes for an exhibition, and much more... A neighboring artist uses the space for her paper experiments, and has made full body casts here. We believe in this being an inclusive space and want fellow team members and visitors to enjoy the possibilities of Ergo and participate in making it an interactive and alive space. The adjoining double height space has also had many avatars, from becoming an exhibition hall for a Swedish print maker friend, an exhibition of wood block prints, a two children art show and also hosts an annual Table Tennis tournament. We hope to start by the year end, a small cafe where we share our collective culinary talents.
